2014.04.21

With the improving technology, more and more families are using intelligence electronic water meter with wireless transmitting technology to remote meter reading. Nevertheless, the distance and the battery technology are difficult to break through. Base on these difficulties, our EMS development team is combining with our intelligence electronic water meter with energy saving communication technology to work with intelligence urban development.

EMS started our new project for this topic and received the support from IDB department, Ministry of Economic Affairs with 2014 Conventional Industry Technology Development (CITD) on April for the first section of product development plan.

This developing project will focus on residential houses to business buildings, and planning to apply to schools and government buildings. This new product will be able to apply on smart houses, green buildings, energy saving management and water saving projects. The new EMS water meter and transmitting system is based on low cost communication fee, with the function of intensive data record, instant water consuming feedback, and automatic water leaking monitor to monitor and analyze water consuming data for every residence in order to provide a better water supply management. EMS is dedicating in developing this project to develop automatic central water meter reading system and improve water meter technology. EMS is hoping with our new developing project will be able to help our clients to proceed energy saving.

Innovation:

Multi water meter reading (1 to 256 meters) and wireless communication interface to cut down the cost from traditional water meter reading. Lower the cost of power supply. M-Bus data transmitting interface, to upgrade our product to benefit our client in automatic water meter reading.

The presenter of this project is the managing director of EMS, Mr. Yang, this development team will involve many talented researchers for this project.
