EMS started as a R&D studio, activating the revolution in metrology industry.

EMS developed and produced electronic water meter on ourselves, increasing the efficiency of meter reading and the quality of flow meters significantly.

The first Vortex Water Meter equipped with built-in battery, suitable for measurement of extremely high flow with low pressure lose.

Researching vortex sensing devices, EMS expanded the application of Vortex Flow Meter and recieved Brilliant Research Award form National Science Council.

The first private enterprise got CNLA certification, elevating our service level from " Manufacture, Assembling, Sale" to "Testing and Calibration".
In the same year, we started the cooperation with Taiwan Water Corporation for DMA project.

The first water meter manufacturer entered Taiwan Science Park, transforming EMS form traditional mechanism manufacturer to electronic devices manufacturer.

Certificated by TAF, EMS became the first water meter manufacturer owning certifications for both testing and calibration.

With our own design and manufacturing, EMS released the first Woltmann Water Meter in Taiwan passing C-Class certification, dramatically enhancing the efficiency of water management, wining the 7th Gold Torch Award from OEMA .

Receiving Recognition from the globe, EMS was invited to participate Smart Water Meter Application Project of EU.
EMS also expanded the water monitoring system to Penghu island, Taoyuan, and Hualien district, and developed non-magnet technology.

Using trademark emphasizing "thumb-up" illustration, EMS is dedicated to provide outstanding services and product value for clients.

Smart Digital Water Meters of EMS received recognition for its functions of "Leak Detection" and "Measurement by fixed time and fixed time interval ".

Assisting Taipei City Government with installing smart water meters in public housing, EMS strengthened the link between livelihood and water management.
In the same year, EMS represented Taiwan to attend World Water Council (WWC) in South Korea.

In 2018, the earthquake damaged the Hualien County. Giving priority to disaster relief, EMS assisted Taiwan Water Company to repair broken water pipe network so as to maintain the stable water supply for victims.
